Pinot Bianco
This variety has been cultivated in South Tyrol for over a century and has become a reference point for our wines. Depending on the vintage, its aromatic complexity develops flavours of apple, peach or pear. Its acidity and minerality are convincing on the palate: it is one of South Tyrol’s best-loved wines. The considerable temperature difference between day and night, providing this Pinot Bianco with its unique character.

Gewürztraminer
This aromatic variety, which originates from Alto Adige, is a white wine that fully reflects its homeland. The warm soils give it a unique character, with a pleasantly spicy and slightly sweet aroma. It shows a golden-yellow color and releases varietal aromas of rose, tropical fruit, and nutmeg. On the palate, it offers pleasant acidity, a full body, and an intensely aromatic finish.
